Is there a way of getting an email notification of new orders created by way of an integrated service (ie SIBA Beerflex or EeBria for example)?
We have these integration set up to automatically schedule delivery, but if one comes in after office hours, and the delivery rules state the next delivery day is the following day, it will schedule delivery, but not assign it to a driver. We may miss deliveries that could have been made, as the delivery not assigned to a run, may not get picked up until later that day, when the driver is long gone on their delivery route.
We caught one this morning, by running down the road as the van was leaving the brewery!!!
