Simple data entry errors can make cross batch analysis of reporting tags completely useless and once a brewsheet has been closed any data entered on the brewsheet can’t be edited.
I know ingredients can be added after the fact and that the analysis can be changed but brewsheet data is still locked.
As one example, we have a reporting tag on our external wort boilers steam pressure, it’s generally around 1-2 bar but one typo at 20 bar means that now the data is all completely skewed and the graph is unreadable.
Data entry errors are always going to happen so it’s really important that we can edit old brewsheets otherwise extremely useful features like cross batch analysis of reporting tags are made redundant.
