On Invoices we show the total taxlines (tax_line in tax_breakdown) and different deposits (charge in extra_totals).
For each line in lines we can display/print the vat_rate.
Please also add the deposit/charge in the line structure so we can display/print which line-item has deposit/charge and how much per item.
