It would be useful to have a feature to pull a report for total predicted cost (pre scheduling/starting brew) for recipes that is categorised by ingredient type and any utilities, additions and include predicted duty. This will allow better pre-emptive forecasting costs for sales, to allow it to pass internal sense check, without having to work out all of these costs manually. The information is already in Breww, but this feature/report isn;t currently available.
This will allow the following to happen BEFORE the product is brewed/scheduled in for production:
- amend recipe to come in at target cost
- be aligned with market costings
- allow more flexibility and creativity (i.e. underbudgeted on fruit, we can afford to add a bit more if required)
