I have just found out that the Total Sales Volume graph on the dashboard uses all volume that has been “Invoiced” so even if it was returned then it will still count as sold and therefore is counted twice when it is send back out (cancelled item, wrong item entered etc). Not sure about others but this isn’t useful for me, if beer comes back then it isn’t really volume sold and I don’t want the totals to show this or show that we sold more volume that we produced (not sure why anyone would want that?)
Can this be change to either remove the volume that was returned or make it visibly different so you can see the two separate?
I haven’t looked in to the Total Sales Value graphs but if it is the same then also the same request for that graph too.
