We recently added a plugin to require human verification on WooCommerce as we were getting spammed to death. Now the connection to Breww is no longer working. What do I need to do whitelist Breww?
Also, where has the option to create a support ticket gone? Only some AI question thing now.
There are many different verification services that can be used with Woo, so we can’t provide instructions on how to whitelist Breww with each one. I’d suggest speaking with whoever set it up, or if the service you’ve used has customer service, they might be able to help.
Regarding opening a support ticket, you should have the option after using the AI. If you scroll down after asking your question, you’ll see the option to open a ticket.
