Thanks for reaching out! I completely understand the confusion, but rest assured, we haven’t removed the ability to raise a support ticket, and you can still report bugs. However, the Report an issue button was removed because it was often used to bypass the Ask a question channel.
The Report an issue button was intended to be used to report suspected bugs in Breww. However, many users were using it instead of the Ask a question process, which is designed to guide users through relevant support content first. where no relevant content is found, users will be prompted to write a short question, and our AI will attempt to provide an answer using all available support documentation. If the issue still isn’t resolved, the system will then offer the option to raise a support ticket. The whole process only takes about a minute, so you won’t be stuck with a chatbot or anything like that.
That said, we absolutely want to make it clear and easy for users to report issues, so I’ll make sure this is discussed internally. In the meantime, if you’d like to report a bug, you can use the Ask a question channel and enter something like How can I report a bug? to quickly get through steps 1 and 2.
