Automating number of packages for delivery screen

On our delivery screen the number of packages by default is the number of items on the order. Sometimes this includes smallpacks which in reality are 1 case/1 box, but will load as 12 packages. It actually sometimes causes erroneous courier orders for us if it gets missed being updated manually on daily dispatch process (e.g. accidentally ordering 12 labels from courier instead of 1).

We also have set structure on how many cases go in boxes, so in theory could programme a delivery rule to always load the right number of packages.

Is there any setting anywhere in Breww we can use to configure this?
