Hi team,
We would like to be able to upload QC documents, I can see these looking like fermentation logs but specific to activities such as filtration, bottling, canning. We would include customised variables such as pH, TA, bacterial/yeast counts, pressure readings, weight measurements etc.
Would that be possible?
Thank you

Would “approvals” be the way to go here?
Hi Jon, no, we need to record hourly checks on several processes. Approvals only help us prior to or immediately after packaging. Rather than, for example, pressure checks on each housing during filtration.
Right. I understand now, sorry. You might want to retitle the FR to make it more obvious to stupid people like me.
@edonita-bytyqi when you say “Upload QC documents” are you envisaging this idea as uploading files from your computer, or more along the lines of entering specific readings into fields in Breww?
hi @luke - We have several QC documents such as Filtration Logs, Canning Logs, Bottling Logs, CIP Logs, some are covered already like CIP logs. The others are hourly readings that are done during a production activity. E.g. Filtration logs record the pressure of each section of filtration, and the cocci, short rod, long rod and yeast count at each, hourly. These vary in terms of entry number based upon the size of the run and so we may need anywhere from 3 to 12 log entries. A sheet similar to the Daily Batch Readings would be very helpful here that we could name Filtration Log, this would then have custom fields that we could add. Our workaround has been to include these in the recipe but a log would be preferable. Thank you.
