Add Container to Container Rackings Report in Data Explorer

I would like to get a report of rackings that go from Container to Container.
For example we rack from kegs into small pack.
And we rack from Keg to Keg, while adding stock items (flavors).
I would like to have a consolidated report of those things with the ability to filter on container (from) type, and container (to) type.
