Many of our customers are not happy with the way the invoice looks.
The line: Total (excl. VAT & discounts): causes many misunderstandings. Please remove it.
It would be much more convenient if there would be some kind of VAT box. This box contains the sum (excl. VAT) and the VAT amount per VAT type.
Also the XML-version of the invoice would strongly be appreciated.

You can change the invoice yourself to suit your needs @ Setting-order/invoice settings.

Is your total ex vat/ex deposits but inc. discounts
UBL/XML you can select @ Email settings
@jan-riemens thanks for the suggestions. As Gijs, has said, you can achieve most of this yourself with a tweak to your invoice template and by enabling the XML invoice option in Settings → Email settings.
For the VAT box, there is already a feature request for this. Could you please vote for VAT totals by VAT rates on invoice (tax summary box)
