Ullage on not returnable containers

Hey ,
I’m looking into how we record ullage as a brewery.

We mostly use ekeg and ecask, and log these as non-returnable containers

My understanding of ullage is that we can record when we get part containers back. This could be a cask that didn’t sell quick enough, or a litre or two not used in a keg. How would I go about reporting this in breww so we can claim these ullages on our duty payments

I think Ullage is an action on the Containers screen.
