We frequently move cider from a large tank to a smaller one and also some IBCs. Currently we have to select the movements one at a time. It’s laborious. It would be so good to select the destination tanks all at once.

Agree. Transfers should be allowed from multiple vessel/batch sources as an input and output.
I would imagine a modal box allowing you to select as either source or destination, multiple vessels and input a volume coming either from or to each vessel.
This is a common work flow in Cider, Wine, and Spirit manufacturing where multiple vessels are frequently blended into or from.
