I would like to generate a document for beer sent for off-site packaging. This is to comply with HMRC’s requirement for beer moved in duty suspense under simplified procedures. Everything required in the document is already included as part of the ‘Send for off-site packaging’ process, I would just like the ability to print a delivery note as such please.
According to HMRC - "If the movements of the alcoholic products are under simplified procedures, alternative documents will be suitable if they contain:
- a unique reference number
- your name and address
- the name and address of the consignee
- the destination address
- a statement that the alcoholic product is in duty suspension
- a description of the alcoholic product (that is, product name), the quantity, strength and package size and date of dispatch from your approved premises"
