Stock Fulfilment from Different Sites

Hi there,
We currently fulfil orders in 2 ways, on our website we have the option to have your order delivered or to collect from our taproom. Those orders for delivery are fulfilled from our warehouse and the other from our tap room, these places are 12miles apart. Would it be possible to have a feature where when you integrate your web sales anything for delivery would come off warehouse stock and anything from collection will come off taproom stock?
We are finding discrepancies in stock as beer moved to our tap room is handed out to collection customers and the online stock is reducing the number of cans in our our warehouse
