Following on from this request would it be possible for the Awaiting Approval List on the PO screen to be sorted by Delivery Requested date (as opposed to Approval Requested Date) - so the PO that has the nearest delivery date is at the top of the list.
It seems to me that the PO that needs delivery first usually would be priority than a PO that was submitted first but needed later, but all workflows are different, so perhaps the option to choose the preferred list sort would be better?
Allowing everyone to choose their own sorting would be the ultimate solution, but I’m not sure it’s worth the time, to be honest (especially given many of the other big wins outstanding on the list). Having said this, changing the default sorting to your suggestion is certainly an improvement and a quick win, so we’ve done that now
