Sales visit reporting/customer notes to be listed separately

Sales visits currently get shown in “recent activity” and get lost quickly due to orders and deliveries being shown in this section as well. It would be beneficial to sales teams to see a separate specific customer visit log, to easily see previous notes/visits/actions from each customer visit along with date visited. This would also be useful for journey planning. Be great to explore any options available. Many thanks
