Custom forms for sales visits and improved visits scheduling

Sales Visit Functionality – Suggested Improvements

With the increasing availability of purpose-built sales apps, it would be great to see some enhancements to Breww’s sales visit tools to keep field sales teams efficient and competitive.

Currently, the notes section provides a basic method for logging who was seen and what was discussed. However, this data isn’t easily searchable or reportable, which limits its long-term value.

A few key improvements that would significantly enhance usability:

1. Automated Visit Scheduling

  • Breww could automatically flag accounts that haven’t been visited in a defined timeframe (e.g. 30/60/90 days).
  • The system could then suggest a route (similar to the delivery planner) for visiting a defined number of accounts on a chosen day, helping to maximise efficiency and ensure regular touchpoints.

2. Standardised Post-Visit Logging

  • After a visit, the salesperson could complete a structured form within Breww, using customisable, pre-defined dropdowns or tick boxes. For example:
    • Purpose of visit (e.g. relationship, sell-in, feedback)
    • Beers discussed
    • Number of taps/lines discussed
    • Likelihood of listing or success
    • Key notes or actions

This would not only speed up data entry but also make the information searchable and usable for reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Also if a sales person is given a new territory this info would seamlessly be passed on to the next rep without them having to read hundreds of notes.
