Products missing from my ecommerce mapping tool

When attempting to map any products from an ecommerce/POS platform supported by Breww to your products in Breww, you may find there are products from your sales platform that are missing from that list, you will need to check whether they are active/enabled in your sales platform.

The exact term used by your sales platform may vary from active or enabled depending on the platform you are using, but so long as the product is in a status that represents active and is not deleted, disabled, obsolete, archived, draft, etc., then it should appear in the product mapping tool.
