Payment Received Email when invoice is marked as paid

Is there a way to automatically send a “Payment Received” email to our customers when we mark an invoice as payed?

Hi Sean, thanks for your question. Currently, you can’t automatically send a ‘Payment received’ email to customers when an invoice is marked as paid in Breww. I have converted this to a feature request for you so that people can vote for this feature! Cheers.

I have had more than one customer specifically request to be automatically emailed an invoice marked paid once they pay it. This would be a great addition!

This was a central part of our virtual conversation with Connor today from Breww. It would be so useful to have Breww email customers a payment confirmation receipt. They already get a delivery day POD copy of their invoice. We would really like to see one system send them their receipt too.

Can you provide me a link to the feature request? I cannot find it. We run Sage 50 Accounting and sending invoice and POD copies from Breww, but receipts from Sage 50, is confusing customers. Upgrading to integrated accounting software just doesn’t have good cost benefit for us. Breww must be able to send a payment receipt email once we successfully get paid!
