It would be a great feature to be able to have some sort of notes addition when adjusting stock items (ingredients etc). as mentioned in the below article its easy enough to adjust stock in case of expired stock or spilt bags etc, however being able to actually add a reason for stock adjustment would be beneficial for stocktake/costings. e.g if we lose a brew in the brew house and don’t want to carry it through to transfer just for ingredient sake we can simply adjust ingredients and note the reason in case the adjustment gets scrutinised at a later date.
