Hi Adsy, Thanks for your comment! At the moment, leads cannot be synced from the ‘Leads’ list in Breww—only customers can be synced. If you convert the lead to a customer, and either:

add them to a ‘Customer list’ that is synced to a Mailchimp audience, or

have chosen to sync all customers,
then the audience in Mailchimp will update to include that customer.
When syncing customers from Breww to Mailchimp, Breww will ensure the Mailchimp audience matches your data in Breww. This means that any audiences you sync with Breww will only contain Breww customers, as Breww will overwrite that audience with its own data.
