Hello, we offer local pickup on orders from our webshop and these get sent to Breww as a collection on the next working date until it’s picked up or we manually move it.
The problem is that by the nature of a local pickup we don’t know when the customer is coming! This means we either have a backlog of days being open (which leads to the team often checking what’s on for that day in case an order has been missed) or having to manually move things into the future.
Would it be possible to have, say, an area under deliveries for collections with no specific date assigned? Or to set up the automatic scheduling to never assign collections from Shopify a day in the first instance?
