At the moment, it’s only possible to import orders into Breww via one of our prebuilt ecommerce or POS integrations, or through our Open API. We don’t currently have a prebuilt integration with LCBO, and depending on how LCBO operates, there may be complexities that make handling it via the API alone challenging.
There’s an open feature request here: Import orders from CSV file / bulk upload sales, which might help if LCBO doesn’t have specific requirements that go beyond a general import tool. It would be worth adding your vote to that request and subscribing for updates.
If a bespoke LCBO integration would be more suitable, you can raise this as a new feature request on the community, so it reaches the right team for review. The more detail you can include about what LCBO is, the functionality you’d need, and how commonly it’s used in your market, the better—this helps our team evaluate the scope and impact of potential integrations.
