Just before starting Breww I moved from Mailchimp to Klaviyo as my research showed there was more functionality in terms of ecommerce customers. I still use Klaviyo for trade and ecommerce so I was wondering if a Klaviyo integration was possible please?

Hi,
I have added my vote to this request. We also moved to Klaviyio from mail-chimp as it is tailored to e-commerce communications and communication. It would be great to create mailing lists from our various customer groups.
I see the activity on this thread is quite old - so it suggests this is not an imminent priority update.
Maybe we need an intermediate tutorial to export lists into Klaviyo?

Thanks Greg. You’re right; this isn’t going to be available imminently, I’m sorry.
You should be able to export data from Breww using the Raw Data Explorer that can be readily imported to Klaviyio. If you need further help on how to do this, could you please post in the Help & advice category, and we’ll be able to help you (this is managed by a separate team from the Ideas & feature requests category).

Klaviyo is the standard really, especially after Shopify invested in them. We desperately need this. The fee structure to run mailchimp is crazy.

Not yet, sorry. We’ve been busy working on other requests, but we do hope to get to this in the future.
Plus another for this integration. Klaviyo seems pretty standard now.

Come on Breww team. Where is the Klaviyo integration support? It has been a few years since this was requested and it is one of the leading email marketing tools now. Superior to mailchimp

We’ve also expanded the data synced to both Klaviyo and Mailchimp with new attributes from Breww’s churn-prediction model, such as next expected order date, churn probability and overdue probability - unlocking some really powerful new segments and flows you can build directly into Klaviyo, for example:
- Win-back flows for customers with a high chance of having churned
- Reorder nudges as a customer approaches (or passes) their expected next order date
- VIP campaigns targeted at your highest-AOV customers
- Region-specific offers using customer type, delivery area or price book
