For stock/ingredient line items that have been ordered there should be an expected delivery date displayed. This should flag up as red if it has passed and the goods haven’t been received.

Yes, I think it should easily be visible on the stock items list, perhaps as a toggle function? Could also be combined with my other suggestion for ‘on order’ highlight?
