Define default expiry dates (in number of weeks) that will be used when creating new beers

I’m raising this suggestion based on the discussion at Best before from packaging.

This feature request is to allow you to define your own default number of weeks for casks, kegs and smallpack. Your defaults will be used to pre-populate the form when creating a new beer, but then once the beer has been created, the values set on the beer will be used, instead of your account defaults.

This is now possible thanks to the new best before date rules feature :tada:

The rules-based implementation is superior to my originally proposed solution too :wink:
