Hi, we’re using the CRM/ Lead section more and more now we have added another body to our sales function. Is there a way to have ‘recent activity’ and ‘tasks’ added to customer groups where we may have conversations with a group as a whole rather than with individual pub.

Good news, this is now live 
You can now create tasks and record activity against Parent companies, just as you can with customers and suppliers.
