Have you seen the existing delivery areas feature? It can be found in the Delivery settings part of Breww. Does it currently work the way you need it to define areas and automatically group customers into them, or would you like changes?
Regarding the other ideas:
- Raising tasks in bulk for each customer in a delivery area
- Additional prompts for raising follow-up tasks
I’m sorry, but you’ll need to raise individual feature requests for each one (and possibly for adjustments to delivery areas).
