Creating reports in Breww for Sales by Channel

Hi, how do I create a sales report in Breww that allows me to filter by a Channel category?

Hi Felipe,

Thanks for posting! We don’t have a pre-built report for this, but you can definitely get this information using a custom report. If you head to Reporting > Raw data explorer > Sales (Order/Invoices), you can add ‘source’ as a ‘field to view’, and you can use this field to manipulate the data in Excel.
The sources, as categorised by Breww, are:

  • Breww (all manually entered orders)
  • Integration (external sales platforms)
  • Import
  • Trade store
  • Repeat order (automatic repeating orders)
  • Sample (free sample orders)

You can be even more granular with the data, and if, for example, you want to further filter and sort by specific sales platforms, this can be done using the customer name as it will contain the sales platform, e.g. Shopify, EeBria. etc
