It would be helpful to be able to go to a customer profile … Click on the button next to the Mobile number for them … Write an SMS …. Send the Sms … and for Breww to add this to the History.
It would also be helpful to select multiple customers and then bulk SMS them and having that info recorded on history.

totally agree with this functionality. Opt out functionality is important for GDPR compliance and to avoid people getting annoyed.
How many votes are needed for this feature to be implemented ?
