Adding Leads - Issues


I have been finding the new Leads very useful, but it has updated and causing myself a slight issue.

I like to populate leads from first contact, this could be via email, social, in person even to then follow up, but I now cannot save any leads without a telephone number.

Is there a way to remove this as a required field?



Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Rob. I’m sorry, this was an oversight on our part :man_facepalming: We’ve fixed this now, so you should be back to being able to add leads without having to enter a phone number.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
