We have a number of working leads in our leads section, could a simple ‘search’ function be added to speed up finding or checking for previous entries? There are a couple of us that use the section and it would speed us finding entries to ensure we don’t duplicate.

a better solution might be a dynamic entry with database query (predictive text) which may then provide some sort of indication / notification that that record already exists? If it does or is typed slightly differently the system could inform you of this too?
For me it’s more so about quickly searching for leads so that we can update entries. Having to click through different pages of leads to find the lead is time consuming when we are simply looking to enter a recent update in a meeting etc…
Good news! It was a simple change, so we have enabled a search function allowing you to search for leads by name. This change will go live later today.
The search is on the “Leads list” page, not on the drag and drop page, so you’ll need to go to Leads > View > Leads list.
