Pretty simple request here. I’d like for the “Customer Type” field (ie shop, restaurant, bar, etc) to apply to leads, not just customers, and for there to be a way to import this information using the lead import tools.

Is there a way to bulk update existing leads? Even if it was using the spreadsheet update tool, that would be great.

There’s not, but there’s a feature request for it - Bulk editor/updater for Leads (with bulk tagging) - If you give that a vote, that will help us to prioritise it correctly.
