A report showing the expiry dates of guest beers (and other expiry-tracked stock item products)

Having studiously entered all BB dates on our guest beers, I now have no way of seeing the dates at a glance. The “expiring soon” report returns no data ( presumably as this is only for our own beer)

reports are not very customisable, the inability to extract data from more than one table seems nonexistent.

Anyone any ideas on how i can keep track of my guest beer expiry dates?

Thanks Luke, I am getting frustrated by the strictures of the pre-defined reports where an inability to cross link tables in the DB is a serious drawback and not what i was led to believe during the sales talk. It seems we can only add or subtract data from the same table. is there a way to create truly bespoke queries?

The Raw data explorer and Custom report builder both allow you to link data from lots of related datasets. It’s only the pre-built reports which are “fixed” to just the pre-built columns.

We’re working on further report improvements to expand this functionality even further, too. If there are any specific requests, please do let us know, as this sort of information is always useful to help us in building what is best.
