What does this synch error mean please?

There is no account mapped to the external payment gateway ‘IZETTLE_CARD’ and a back-up has not been set. Please map the payment gateway to an account or set an account for integration payments.

This message means that there is no account to assign Zettle payments to, nor is there a default to fall back on. Head to Integrations > Accountancy > View settings (eye icon), then, on the left-hand side, scroll down until you see ‘Integration bank accounts’. You can set a default for all integrations, or define a specific one for just Zettle.
