I am wondering what the volume produced in the dashboard refers to exactly and where I can generate this report
This because it is not the same as the Total volume Packaged amount
Hi Gijs, thanks for your comment! The graph displayed on the dashboard includes the total volume produced, excluding any stock adjustments. The Total volume packaged report has a checkbox where you can choose to include any stock adjustments in your report (this is selected by default). If you uncheck this box, the Total volume packaged figure should match what is displayed on the dashboard. We have made a slight change to the default duty option, but you should just be able to leave this blank. Cheers
