Tracking expenditure on ingredients

Anyone know if it is possible to run a report or where to find information on the total amount spent on a particular/group of inventory items across a specified time frame? Any info would be helpful thanks.

Hi Imogen, thanks for raising this in our community. You can retrieve this information by heading to ReportingInventory receipt items in the Aggregate data report builder . Here you can select the Reporting period, Date grouping and whether to display this as a line or bar chart.

You can then select the First metric as Item total value (landed). The First metric extra grouping will depend on the item you want the figures for. For example, If you wanted to see the amount spent on all ingredients, you would select Type . If you wanted to split the ingredients into hops, malts, etc., you would choose Sub type , or for the hop variety itself, you would select Stock item . You can then run the report, and either view this as a graph or as a table, showing you the amount spent on a particular inventory item over a select period.
