Stock Item: Minimum order quantities and suppliers

When you create a new stock item you are given the option of entering a supplier, price, supplier pack size and minimum order quantity.

How can you edit this data after the fact?
When you subsequently go to edit a particular stock item there is no apparent way to change things like pack size and minimum order quantities.
Knowing that these things change from time to time, how do you edit that?

I think you need to Update supplier details to stock item?
i.e. view the stock item, go down, use the suppliers “tab” and edit the entry for the supplier.
