Smallpack delivery label printing by customer

Hello,

Maybe this is already possible but I am posting in feature requests in case it’s not.

It would be good to be able to decide whether delivery labels are printed for smallpack at the customer level.

For example:

  • the customer that buys 4 cases every week, we’d like this customer’s cases to be printed / labelled.
  • the customer that orders a full pallet of cases, this guy doesn’t need labels for each case.

As far as I can see, currently ‘labels for small pack’ are either on or off?

Regards,

Lewis

I’m sorry for the slow response, Lewis.

You’re right that this isn’t possible at the moment. I see where you’re coming from, but I wonder if there is a better solution for the problem? Would it be better to have a setting more like Print one label for every X cases of the same smallpack product if more than X on a single delivery.

For example, you could configure as Print one label for every 10 cases of the same smallpack product if more than 10 on a single delivery and:

  • If someone orders 5 cases, you would get 5 labels.
  • If someone orders 10 cases, you would get 1 labels.
  • If someone orders 15 cases, you would get 2 labels.
  • If someone orders 20 cases, you would get 2 labels.
  • If someone orders 25 cases, you would get 3 labels.

Would this work for you? Would this be better than toggling on/off on a per-customer basis?
