Thanks for the suggestions, Ben.
Assuming that I’ve understood you correctly, yes, we can have varying “billing names” on a single “customer”, such that the “customer” can have one name but individual orders for that customer can be delivered to different addresses. If this is what’s needed, it should be a fairly simple tweak our side if we get the data we need from Sellar. At this stage, I don’t think this needs a feature request with Breww, if the Sellar team add this as a field, we can look to add handling of it our side.
I’m sorry, but there’s not really an appetite for this with Breww. We integrate with lots of sales platforms and in all cases we trust the order information that we’re given by the external platform. I think this option would cause confusion and blur the lines too much. Maybe consider using the Breww Trade Store instead of Sellar, so that everything happens within Breww?
Again, this wouldn’t be needed if you used the Breww Trade Store as it effectively already works like this, however, I do agree that this would make a great feature request for Sellar
It probably wouldn’t be so well suited to other sales integrations, but it could be part of the Sellar integration.
I think we should keep things a little simpler - I’d suggest that there should be one fixed source of truth rather than being able to switch this with a setting (and I think Breww’s price book should be the source of truth).
As we don’t accept single feature request threads with multiple separate requests (sorry), can you please post this on a fresh feature request thread for just this? Please also don’t forget that every vote counts, so please vote for your own suggestion (on the new thread).
Cheers!
