Sales by sales person report

Hi
Can anyone tell me what the total cost figure in this report is drawn from as it appears higher than I’d expect but might be just missing the point.
Thanks
John

Hi John,
The total cost figure is a sum of the costs to produce each product in each order included. Cost brought forward from the beer batch ingredients, extra batch costs and packaging materials etc. If something doesn’t look right, you could use the packaged beer COGS report to try and narrow it down. If you can identify something that looks wrong but you’re not sure why, let us know and we can try and help.

Hi Matt
Thanks for the reply. I’m going to open a ticket as I’m really not understanding. I’ve looked at the COGS report total costs there are about 16% lower than those shown in the sales report. I realise there is probably a simple explanation but because I can’t drill down on the report to see the underlying data it leaves me with a lot of questions. I’ll open a ticket and attach the two lots of data I’ve pulled out.
Thanks
John
