It would be useful to be able to enter a reference when issuing a credit memo and have that reference flow to the reference field in Xero. As it stands today, I need to create the credit memo in Breww, wait for it to get synced to Xero and then go into Xero and edit the Credit Memo and update the reference field.
This is important to us because we use the reference field to keep bill backs straight with our distributor. An example, when they return empty keg shells, they issue an invoice for the deposit we took on them. We then create a counter Credit Memo for that invoice and enter their invoice number on the reference field so that when they receive the Credit Memo, they can match it up to their invoice. This same process is used for any returned goods.
