I have created 3 products for a beer and have successfully racked 2 (cask and small pack)of them but when I try to rack the 3rd (keg) it is not allowing me to.
Hi Richard, Thanks for your comment! It could be that the product has been set to “Sold only” by mistake; this would prevent you from racking the product. You can check and amend this by going to the product, selecting Actions → Edit, and scrolling down to the Can this product be packaged, sold or both? option. If that’s not the case, I’d be happy to take a closer look for you. If you could raise a support ticket by going to Need help → Ask a question, that would be great. Once you’ve submitted your question, you’ll see an Open support ticket button near the bottom of the page — this will let you raise the ticket and grant us access to your account. Thanks that was the job. It seems odd that happened as all the products were created at the same time
