Print New Imported Stock Labels

Hi,
We’ve recently implemented the Breww system and I’m looking to see if there’s a way of printing stock labels for scanning / assigning items to orders.

We have imported our current stock into the system - so ideally needs to be a product label to scan one specific batch at a time. The idea would be to attach the label to suit the batch / location where the stock is being picked from and assigned to an order via the Breww app device.

Is this something that can be done? Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Shane, Thanks for your comment, and welcome to the community! Yes, you will be able to print stock labels for your products in Breww and then scan these to assign stock to deliveries via the Breww app. Our Printing stock labels guide should help with this. This includes two different barcode options; it sounds like selecting the setting in Settings → Label & printing settings to use the product and batch combination barcode on stock labels may work for you from what you have described. You will be able to use this barcode alongside delivery label or delivery manifest barcodes, which represent specific customer orders, to assign stock to deliveries; this is discussed further here: Delivery stock assignment. I hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else! Cheers!
