I’m happy with the explanation that mixed packs are always auto assigned, but how do you know which mixed pack to pick? Say for example if there are two boxes of packs on the picking shelf, each containing small pack items with different batch numbers…

This is a great point. Thanks for raising this on the community! Right now, there is not any way to tell prior to the order being dispatched. I am quite surprised this hasn’t come up before, in honesty, but I have converted your comment to a feature request as this is definitely an improvement we will want to look into, and this way, it is on the developers’ list. Sorry I can’t give you a better answer right now, but if you can add your vote, that would be fantastic, and I am sure our dev team will review this for you.
