Great question! Unfortunately, there is no inbuilt feature to deal with this presently, but there is a popular feature request for Partial order dispatch / part delivering orders, which would do what you are looking for, so please add your vote and comments to move it up this list, but for now this would likely need to be multiple orders unfortunately.
