Incorrect batch details

We have received a call from a customer, who has two different beers, both with the same batch number. I suspect that at some stage we have changed batch numbers of one of the gyles, however looking at the production activity log, this is not recorded, is there any way of confirming this?

Thanks for raising this on the community! Yes, it is technically possible to do this by racking from a batch, changing the batch number after printing the labels (there will be a message advising against this as stock may have been packaged) and creating a new batch with that number. It is not easy to confirm directly from the logs, but if you don’t mind raising a support ticket, granting us access to your account and letting us know the specific batch number, products and customer, we can certainly take a look for you.
