How do I ullage a bottle of beer or case of beer as if I go to ullages the bottles don’t show up on the customer?
Ullaging in Breww is just for cask/keg products. For small pack products, you’ll need to return the products first by going to the delivery’s page and clicking the ‘Return items’ button. Then if you head to the product page, you can do a stock adjustment to mark the beer as lost/spoiled. You’ll then see an adjustment made on your duty return.
