Forecasting stock availability by Tags and in HL

The forecasting feature is great but it is very cluttered on ours as we have so many specials. It would be great to be able to narrow down the field to just core and supermarket beers.

I would also much rather see the stock in HL as that would be me more of steer on how much beer to brew at a glance
